BB Tin: A Girl And Her Bear

This week’s Gintama was really funny (My title is the same as the episode title).  This anime has so many references that I don’t get, but when I do get them (mostly it’s those about other Shounen Jump comics), it makes the episode even better.

The girls discuss about how Vegeta would, in most circumstances, be a horrible person to date (Piccolo didn’t get high reviews either).  My otaku side couldn’t help but think that if such a conversation were going on in real life, I would absolutely want to listen to that.  But I will admit that it would be super strange, and I would wonder what the hell was wrong with that group of people.

My favorite thing was that Kagura pointed out Vegeta’s notorious “Badman” shirt and said that that was probably the only piece of clothes he ever picked out for himself.  Hilarious.  I have always thought that shirt was really random.

I don’t care how much time passes or how many other animes I watch; I still think Vegeta was a pretty good (and funny) character. 

OK… Starting from today I’m going to try to not visit the Facebook page for a week.  See how that goes.  I think I tend to go there way too much.  Now that it’s a new year, I need to start being a bit more productive.

Of course, it would be probably even better if I stayed off the internet period for a week, but I’m not ready for that right now.  I don’t have enough things going on right now where that would be a good thing for my sanity.
